[Lyrarl] Reminder re UPSO offer deadline of Feb. 28

I'm aware of lots of conversations about the University Press Scholarship Online offer (detailed memo attached), but we do not yet have very many expression of interest forms or order commitments. Here's a reminder that we need to gather orders by Feb. 28 so that we can determine the final level of discount for all participants.

I'd like to gather feedback too, so if you've considered the Oxford offer and decided not to pursue it, please drop me a line and let me know why. Any information received will help in my future conversations with OUP.
