Hi Celeste,

Beginning 2012 Columbia began participation in an UPSO pilot with its 
MaRLI partners (Manhattan Research Library Initiative) NYU and NYPL. All 
3 institutions are getting the full UPSO package. Therefore we won't be 
joining the offer through LYRASIS.
