We also have had good luck with LibraryHost as a small archives (1700 linear feet museum archives, 1.5 FTE, about 90 collections) with a limited budget. Happy to talk off list if that would be helpful.

Hi Sarah,

We're nearing the end of migrating 26 years of FileMaker Pro databases to ArchivesSpace (bundled with Aeon) hosted by Atlas. As you can imagine, there has been a great deal of data clean-up and reconfiguration of locations data. The EAD transfer went off with very minor hiccups. I can't imagine doing this in-house. Atlas has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and provides detailed training as well.
