[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Enable Reorder Mode Timeout for Large Moves

Yes, I've had this issue - also while moving single items in a large
collection. I've found that I don't have to wait for the timeout; the
object is almost always moved once I refresh the finding aid, whether I
wait 1 second or 1 minute.
