[Archivesspace_Users_Group] error saving an Archival Object

This issue is now also happening to our v2.7.1 aspace. Similar error
message. But the way using the directive of
#AppConfig[:resequence_on_startup]
= True seemingly doesn't work. Is the directive still a valid one with
v2.7.1?
