[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Frontend specific hooks

Hi Andrew,

Thanks Joshua. Yes, some of those hooks were introduced as part of our work for QSA - the most heavily customized instance of ArchivesSpace we’ve done. Here is an example of register_plugin_section being used:
