[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Frontend specific hooks

Ooooh! Not examples off the top of my head, but I'm definitely gonna make a lot of use of these! You might take a look at the HM repos (https://github.com/hudmol) or here: https://gitlab.gaiaresources.com.au/qsa (also a lot of HM work) since I'm pretty sure they added those plugin hooks.

frontend specific hooks which were introduced, I believe, in 3.1.0:
