[Archivesspace_Users_Group] ASpace 3.2.0: Missing Collection sidebar in PUI

I'd still say its an indexer issue in some form. Have you seen any errors in the logs?

Also may be worth tuning the indexer settings in your config. Specifically increasing the commit timeout AppConfig[:indexer_solr_timeout_seconds] and also tweaking the thread count and records per thread for both the staff and pui indexers.

In the PUI, the Collections sidebar is missing:

I read some other posts on this Forum about this. The suggestion was that a solid reindex might do the trick.

It didn't.

Weirdly, the instance of ASpace I have running locally in Vagrant shows that sidebar.  This is the same code/config used up on our Production and Development servers, where it's missing!
