[Archivesspace_Users_Group] ASpace 3.2.0: Missing Collection sidebar in PUI

Dear ASpace Forum:

We just upgraded to ASpace 3.2.0 and are seeing a problem:

In the PUI, the Collections sidebar is missing:

    E.g. one of our resources, with missing sidebar:
    https://aspace.library.jhu.edu/repositories/4/resources/1230

    And a resource in the Sandbox, with sidebar present:
    https://sandbox.archivesspace.org/repositories/2/resources/16


I read some other posts on this Forum about this. The suggestion was 
that a solid reindex might do the trick.

It didn't.

Weirdly, the instance of ASpace I have running locally in Vagrant shows 
that sidebar.  This is the same code/config used up on our Production 
and Development servers, where it's missing!

Any advice, MUCH appreciated,
