[Archivesspace_Users_Group] PUI requests

There is a plug-in to add a reCAPTCHA anti-bot test to the email form,
so presumably some people found automated spam a big enough problem to
be worth developing it:

reCAPTCHA does have privacy and accessibility concerns though.
