[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Internal Linking Issue

Hello,

We've had some trouble with the internal linking system that uses ref ids
(described here
https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADC/pages/103209762/Public+Interface+Documentation+for+staff).
The links resolved correctly when testing using the default port setup.
When we switched to staff & public proxies under different paths (/staff &
/public) the link resolver didn't add '/public' to the path. So links
resolve to the correct object, but is missing the first part of the path.
The config file has the correct proxy paths and other links work.

I tried the same method for internal linking in the sandbox and got the
same error; the /public is dropped when the link is resolved. (See link in

If we switch to running over different subdomains for staff & public, it
seems like that will solve this issue?
