[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Unable to view collections (public interface) after upgrading from 1.5.1 to 2.5.2

After.

I reverted my test server to 1.5.4 and re-did the upgrade to 2.5.2 and I
wasn't able to recreate the problem/fix. I'm going to try stepping though
releases to see if I can....
