[Archivesspace_Users_Group] New version of aspace-import-excel

V 2.1.11 (https://github.com/harvard-library/aspace-import-excel/releases/tag/v2.1.11 ) no longer errors out with a "[Unknown child node [xr:revisionPtr] for element [workbook]]" error.

In addition, thanks to Mark Cooper, the plugin handles proxy-ing correctly.
