[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Sub-series Indicator does not display in Container link

We have a collection with 5 series that have sub-series. But in the Top Container "title" we are losing the sub-series indicator of 4D.  This is problematic because we have multiple box 8s so knowing which sub-series is important.

Has this behavior been reported before?  We are hosted by LYRASIS and have no special container configurations.

We attached box 8 to Series 4; subseries 4D.  the container "title" is
Box 8. Series 4. [barcode]
