[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Manage Repositories NoMethodError

Hello ArchivesSpace,

I have a freshly installed version of Archivesspace 1.4.2. I have been able
to add/edit users and manage the controlled value list. But I get an error
when clicking on Manage Repositories. Below are the details (also, I've
attached a screenshot):
NoMethodError in RepositoriesController#index

undefined method `[]=' for nil:NilClass

Rails.root:

Has anyone encountered this in their implementation? Did you find a
solution? I can get around this by going to
http://localhost:8080/repositories/new and I am able to enter a new
repository and I can then select that repository. This is only happening
when I click on Manage Repositories (http://localhost:8080/repositories).
