[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Manage Repositories NoMethodError

I hadn’t seen that error before, but I can replicate it if I run the backend and frontend without solr. 
Can you connect to the solr webapp ?  ( on port 8090 if you haven’t changed defaults. ) 
( Perhaps a problem with the indexer could cause a problem as well. )
