[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Restore "Processing Status" field to Collection Management sub-record (AR-1426)

This is in response to a long-time thread on the list serve and to recent comments (the latest being April 5, 2016) by Chris Fitzpatrick and Laurel McPhee under AR-1426 in JIRA.

Harvard advocates putting the processing status fields back into the collection management record and leaving the data in Events records.

We would also advocate doing this as soon as possible.
