[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Can't add Top Container from Instances

All,
I haven’t had a chance to test this yet, but just a thought: is it possible that your user account doesn’t have permissions to create/update new top containers? Surely the option shouldn’t display if you don’t have those permissions, but perhaps it always displays. In any event, I’d give that a quick test (if I had the time today) and confirm that your user account / group has the create/update top container role (or whatever it’s called). If that’s not it, sorry for the extra email ☺

Hi Cheri,
We're having the same issue with creating new top containers. I can't add top containers from the instances. The dropdown menu for container profiles is on the left just as you showed, and when I search my container profiles nothing comes up. When I click "Create and Link to Top Container" nothing happens.
I'm running 1.5.1 and my upgrade went through fine. All my instances converted perfectly with the new containers, so I have top containers in my pre-existing resource records. It's just new ones I can't create. Are you still having this issue, or has it been resolved?

It's definitely not happening in the test environment, so it must be a local issue.

I've created container profiles for our repository, but when I attempt to create an a top container within an instance for an archival object, AS won't allow me to access the container profiles (i.e., nothing happens when I select browse). I figured I could get around this by just creating a new profile from the same menu, but that too does nothing. I noticed that the drop-down arrow for the container profile field is on the left side of the field, which might be a sign that something is amiss.
