[Archivesspace_Users_Group] rapid data entry disappearing?

Hello list,

A few times in the past year, we have had student workers tell us that the
rapid data entry screen has just "disappeared" as they were working on it,
causing them to lose all their data. I realize it is possible that they
accidentally hit cancel, or something like that, but I wanted to check with
the list to be sure - has anyone else experienced this issue? I didn't see
anything in the issue tracker.
