[Archivesspace_Users_Group] questions about the refactored migration tool v1.0.0 rc2

Doug,

I have not yet used this version of the too, but in regard to #1, the intent with the old tool was to provide a prefix to the expected path where the files you are downloading would ultimately be placed, so that the links ASpace uses would point to the new location for the files previously stored as blobs in the archon DB.

In other words,  repositories ONLY need to worry about this if you were using the digital files upload feature in Archon.
