[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Error "FULL head"

Hello,
    Since we upgraded to ArchivesSpace 1.4, it seems like our instance has gotten really buggy.  While editing a resource, I may have to refresh the page several times, and it seems to have more trouble saving edits.  Often, I get a message saying “An error occurred loading this form.  FULL head”  Does anyone else have this issue?  Thanks,
