Innovations in technology for producing and using educational content have changed the expectations of both students and teachers. In order to keep pace with this rapid change, publishers have had to rethink their strategies. This means not only being able to distribute books via electronic and mobile channels, but also discovering and evaluating the enhancements to the content that are now possible, and deciding upon its real utility. Which features will bring value to the content and which are bells and whistles?
