Hi Sarah,
Thanks so much for being willing to chat! Sarahs unite! I would love to ask you some questions about your experience and why it's been a mixed bag. Here are some of the questions we are considering:
1. How was your migration experience?
2. How is their support? Do you find that the advanced support hours are enough for major updates etc.?
3. How is their support for plugins? We only use the LCNAF plugin but are open to using more in the future.
4. Do you have a custom theme for your public interface? If so, did you work with Library Host to create one?
5. If I may ask, what tier plan do you use? Higher plans have a faster server-if you are on a lower plan, do you find the server slow?
6. Anything else we should know about Library Host?
Sorry to send so many questions your way! Feel free to leave some unanswered if it's too much.
Best,
Sarah

Hi Sarah,
(let's keep the Sarah chain going?)
We're a small archives using LibraryHost and it's been kind of a mixed bag for our particular situation, to be honest. (Although the people we're in touch with there are all great.) Email me off-list if you would like more details.

Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] ArchivesSpace Hosting Services
Hi all,
We are exploring options for hosting services for ArchivesSpace and are looking mainly at the standard plans at Atlas<https://www.atlas-sys.com/archivesspace> and Library Host<https://libraryhost.com/pricing/#archivesspace> (as the more simplified and cheaper option). We initially looked at Lyrasis, but as a small institution it is a bit out of price range and their price tiers set up by the number of finding aids were unusual. We have been hosting ArchivesSpace in house, but our IT department has encouraged us to look for other options! Does anyone have experience with using Atlas or Library Host as a host for ArchivesSpace? I would love to touch base with someone coming from a small archives with a limited budget. The price range and what they offer between Atlas and Library Host is large so I'm curious about people's experiences with them. Do people use other hosting companies? Thanks!
Sincerely,
Sarah
