That typically indicates a problem with the indexer. You'll probably want to clear your index, rerun and look for errors in the logs.

We are running ArchivesSpace 3.2.0 and our frontend Collection Organization button is disabled - not clickable.  The Collection Organization outline will not display in the right sidebar.  Is there an easy fix for this?  I can't find anything in the global config file.
