[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Group Level Permissions for Bulk Edit Plugin

Hi Corey,

Yes, you need to be in a group with update_resource_record (create/update resources in this repository) and create_job (create and run a background job) to run the job. You can download the spreadsheet with just view_repository (view the records in this repository).
