[Archivesspace_Users_Group] V3.3.1 displaying unicode character

We have upgraded from 2.7 to 3.3 and found a display issue in the table of
contents view where a unicode character is displayed in a text field.
instead of PIC-box: 1, Folder: 1
we are seeing  PIC<200b>-<200b>box: 1, Folder: 1
it only shows up in the collection toc display, nowhere else in records.
