[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Browser Access Not Working

Look at the log file for errors on startup. 
If this is a first install, then I would especially check for MySQL errors to make sure ASpace backend server is connecting to MySQL server. ( Did they or you edit the config.rb file and run setup-database.sh script, or are you just trying to get a test server running? ) 

On the server that’s running ArchivesSpace, try the command ‘curl http://localhost:8089/' to access the backend server.
( sometimes ports are blocked from outside access by firewall settings. )
