[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Java 11 and 3.2.0?

The documentation for ArchviesSpace 3.2.0 indicates that Java 11 is
supported but most information I see is for Java 1.8 (which I assume is
"Java 8"). Are we OK to use Java 11 for 3.2.0 or should I stick with 1.8?
