[Archivesspace_Users_Group] LCNAF NoMethodError

Hi Blake,

After a double check, it is the 2.0.0 tag version which is in there. I also
saw somewhere that plugins can be picky about how it's named
(folder/directory wise) so I've double checked that it lines up with the
sources in that regard as well.

On the network issue, I've been able to ping and open a TCP connection when
using both written id.loc.gov and it's two IPv4 addresses (104.18.8.80,
104.18.9.80) across various ports from the server however archivesspace
itself seemed unable to connect. I did see some older messages about IPs
being blacklisted and what not so their fix was to implement a prefer IPv6
addresses code to bypass that but after some investigating it seems that my
error was derived from the fact the server can't connect via IPv6 and
archivesspace seemed to only try v6, which doesn't seem correct to me.

Thanks,
Jared
