[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Server slows down over time

A place to start is to check the backend log for recurring warnings (the
same message repeated a bunch of times). This has been a clue for us in the
past, and it's something we overlooked because they were warnings and not
errors, but the things they were warning about had a cumulative effect on
performance. In our case (which was peculiar) the issue was that the
active_edit table was growing uncontrollably, and the warnings were about
record locks, which pointed us in the direction of the core problem.
