[Archivesspace_Users_Group] ArchivesSpace user groups: governance, terms of reference

Hi everyone,

We're preparing for the first meeting of our local ArchivesSpace user group. Our Cambridge ArchivesSpace instance serves 75 users- the majority from Cambridge University Library but also from 29 other archive repositories across the city - and we want to involve a subset of users in an active group to:

  *   make decisions on customisations that don't require development
  *   consider desirable development
  *   maintain data standards
  *   help with data cleanup, training and peer support.

Have I missed anything off the list above? I wondered whether anyone out there runs, or has been a member of a similar group and would be willing to share terms of reference/governance information or advice.
