[Archivesspace_Users_Group] OCLC Digital Collection Gateway

I can’t access that URL, although if I change it to port 8081, I can see the PUI welcome page. 
Is port 8082 behind a firewall ? 
I thing the error message is to be taken literally: URL is inaccessible.
