I think Adam is correct, I'd suggest forcing a full reindex and see how things look. That MIGHT clear up the problem. It will at least narrow it down.

Hi Patrisia,
These error messages suggest that the first attempt to create the subject record was successful, since the ArchivesSpace database does not allow duplicate authority IDs or subject records. Are you able to access the subject record directly in your staff interface at /subjects/1933? If so, there might be a problem with the indexer.

It appears that since the latest update, that we are experiencing difficulties with subject headings. We have created one, but cannot find it in a subsequent search in Edit record or Browse subjects. When we try to create it again, we receive the attached error message.
