[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Configuring Levels to Return in ArchivesSpace OAI-PMH

It seems like a resumptionToken ending in "==" signals that the set is
complete.

I would like to file an enhancement request.

When the OAI delivery of a set is complete, one of the following should
happen: (1)no resumption token is returned or (2)any subsequent request
using the final resumption token should return no results.

Where is the best place to file this request?
