We’ve been doing this for several years as an end-of-year task. We make brief collection level MARC records first, then grab them all through MarcEdit and spin them through the MARCXML-EAD conversion stylesheet to get EAD for our DLXS.
You can see them at https://oculus.nlm.nih.gov/cgi/f/findaid/findaid-idx?c=nlmfindaid&cc=nlmfindaid&type=simple&rgn=Anywhere+in+Finding+Aid&q1=unprocessed+collection&Submit=Search

Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] patron-facing accession records
Hi folks,
One of my favorite conceptual things about the ArchivesSpace PUI is that it lets archives publish their accession records in an outward-facing way so that researchers can have access to these materials right away, even before they're included in resource records.
I'm pulling together examples of archival descriptions for a DACS workshop, and I'm wondering if anyone has patron-facing accession records out in the world that they're particularly proud of and can point me too. Feel free to send me your examples offlist -- mcallahan at smith.edu<mailto:mcallahan at smith.edu>
Many thanks,
Maureen
