[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Bug fixes for aspace-import-excel

Library Technology Services, which supports the Harvard Library, is releasing a new version ( v2.1.9<https://github.com/harvard-library/aspace-import-excel/releases/tag/v2.1.9> ) of the aspace-import-excel plugin, available on GitHub at https://github.com/harvard-library/aspace-import-excel<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__github.com_harvard-2Dlibrary_aspace-2Dimport-2Dexcel&d=DwMFAg&c=WO-RGvefibhHBZq3fL85hQ&r=5xWUzLrZrVLeTqs3CDoeRpPtLv1fRM04CCu4TDULrSY&m=VDeZTKvOdMA9ZMbFHCvH9yJVV-frn-Gl_Eb-h9cFl7A&s=eYLbYZkxBN-gM8dcth42UN4U2jqif7APsdEMK8NCBPo&e=> .

This version is only supported for v2.2.2 and higher of ArchivesSpace.

The two major bugs fixed:

*         Removal of the use 'pry', including removing it from the Gemfile;

*         Better handling of empty cells in the spreadsheet
