We can put a support ticket in for you on this. (You’ll see another message about that directly to you in a minute.) At this point it sounds like something not quite right in the connection and the tech folks can troubleshoot this with you.

But no data transfers....it says "done" after about 90 seconds of run time.  In Archon there were thousands of records and I spot checked today.
