[Archivesspace_Users_Group] transfer data

Hello all,

I am a newbie to Archivesspace. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to transfer data from an old 2003 SQL to Archivesspace? Is it possible?

If anyone has found some good videos on how to begin using Archivesspace please share with me. I found videos on the archivesspace.org website and am in the process of watching them.
