[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Archon to Archivesspace migration

Hello Archivesspace techs-

I am trying to use this tool to get my University's Archon data into
Archivesspace.

The guidelines state that we need to start with 3.21 Rev 3 and our front
page states that it is 3.21.  My questions are, where is the best place to
find Archon upgrade instructions and also if anyone has used the tool
successfully without starting from a 3.21 Rev3 system.
