[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Top-Container restrictions

Following up on Brian's question is mine:

How can you make a Top Container restricted?  I've tried restricting content (series or file level item) in a Resource record that is associated with a Top Container (doesn't carry over t the Top Container) and I see no way to do this within a Top container record.

Is there a non-API way to note that a top-container is restricted? I see this looks like it should be an option since it is a listed field in the container management, but there is nothing in the top-container record data entry form or update after-the-fact to actually note that a container is restricted.
