[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Having trouble with permission to Manage Top Containers

Hi everyone,
We also experienced this issue and submitted the original ticket for
AR-1559. We discovered that users who have these container-related
permissions (but not permissions to manage the repository) were able to
navigate to the manage top containers page through their browser address
bar (i.e. http://sandbox.archivesspace.org/top_containers) even if "Manage
Top Containers" does not appear in the gear icon drop-down menu. At that
point it become less of a blocker for people, albeit not ideal. Maybe that
will work for you as well.
