[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Error Message in Public Interface

Hello,
We are using version 2.1 of ArchivesSpace and are encountering this error message when trying to view certain records in the public interface:

[cid:image002.jpg at 01D35FC2.3C4FC030]
This happens sometimes when we've edited an agent record by activating the "publish" option. After making that change, the record may accessed at the public site by searching "names," but if the entire repository is searched, this error message appears.
Can  anyone tell me what could be causing this?
