[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Error when adding container type to controlled value list

[Majewski, Steven Dennis (sdm7g)]

Any MySQL errors in the log file when this occurred ? 

That message would appear to have come from this line:

https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/blob/master/frontend/app/controllers/enumerations_controller.rb#L136

so my guess is some error on the save. Logs should have more details.
