Jackie and others – I’m interested in using a data map for putting location data into the Container fields. Does an archives have one that they can share?

We are currently keeping our location info in a flat spreadsheet with the box being the Key item.

Subject: [Archivesspace_Users_Group] Managing Containers at very small institution

We have upgraded to ArchivesSpace 1.5.1 and would love to hear how other small and very small institutions are using new container management features, specifically locations for collection-level resources.

We’ve read the documentation and watched the tutorials. We’d like to know how others are making it work for them.

Thanks,
Jackie Rider
