[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Installing ArchivesSpace on a Windows/MySQL server: my step-by-step instructions

The screen shot in number 5 is what I needed.  Why Microsoft puts the  
new on top of the list instead of at the bottom is beyond me.  But  
when I put it at the bottom it worked.
