[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Error loading EAD after upgrading Archivesspace 1.3 to 1.4.1

I wanted to add that this EAD loads correctly to test.archivesspace also --
which is why we tried the clean install and also had success. This is an
error what Jim Lake reported awhile ago and we were told that the EAD
loaded fine for you.  So we have been tracking down why that is.
