[Archivesspace_Users_Group] docs_url in archivesspace 1.4.2

Folks, 

We just upgraded from archivesspace 1.3.0  to archivesspace 1.4.2,
I see what looks like something new in config.rb:
AppConfig[:docs_url] = "http://localhost:8888"
Wanted to check it out...
Going to http://localhost:8888
or even substituting our actual hostname for "localhost",
I still get:

"HTTP ERROR: 404
Problem accessing /. Reason:
    Not Found
Powered by Jetty://"

If anybody has some ideas on accessing this, much obliged.
