[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Customizing EAD converters and exporters

I just put up a blog posting about some work we did at the ASpace Code4Lib Dev House last month in Portland. This talks about how to tweak the EAD converter and exporter to handle specific use cases encoded in the EAD XML.
