[Archivesspace_Users_Group] DB problem in upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

We are working on upgrading our instance of ArchivesSpace from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 and getting the following error.  Any thoughts on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
