[Archivesspace_Users_Group] Fields not appearing in public view

It’s been reported to me that certain fields, like “Finding Aid Author” seem to sometimes appear in the public view and  sometimes not.

It appears that this behavior is dependent on Finding Aid Status = “completed” . 

Can someone explain the purpose or logic of this behavior ?
